I couldn't give you English lessons, but i can help with any questions about it you have. I don't speak your language at all, so it might be hard to explain.

I can give you one pointer right now, if you want. You said "the word WHO I want to say." It should be "the word THAT I want to say."

WHO is only to be used when the subject is a person. Example: "Mary is who I want to see."
THAT is for any subject that is not a person. Example: "I want that picture on my wall."

I took a French class in high school. I only remember a few words and sayings. I'm very lousy at it. :D

It's hard for me to learn another language. Where i'm from, a lot of people speak Spanish, and although i've tried to learn it, I still can't understand what they're saying.
